What does Rwabe mean?
Rwabe means 200. Every product on Rwabe sells for Ksh 200 — one honest price, no hidden discounts or markups.
Is everything really Ksh 200?
Yes. Every item in the catalogue is Ksh 200 per unit. The only extra you pay is the delivery fee for your zone, shown before you pay.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa is our main payment method. After you place an order, a payment prompt is sent to your phone. Cash on delivery is available in selected zones.
How long does delivery take?
Same day within Nairobi CBD for orders placed before 2pm, 1 working day for Nairobi Metro, and 1–4 working days for other towns and upcountry.
How much is delivery?
From Ksh 100 in Nairobi CBD up to Ksh 400 upcountry. The exact fee is calculated at checkout from your address.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Sign in and open your account to see the current stage of every order: Paid, Processing, Packed, Dispatched or Delivered.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Faulty or wrong items are collected and replaced or refunded at no cost.
Do you deliver outside Kenya?
Not yet. Rwabe currently delivers within Kenya only.
What is the Rwabe Club?
A free membership that gives you early access to new arrivals, restock alerts and member-only drops. Create an account to join.
