Privacy Policy

When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. When you pay by M-Pesa we receive a payment confirmation reference from the payment provider; we never see or store your M-Pesa PIN.

We also keep a record of your orders, deliveries and support messages so we can serve you and resolve issues.

To process and deliver your orders, confirm payments, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and — where you have opted in — send you updates about new arrivals and offers.

We share only what is needed with delivery partners (your name, phone number and address) and with our payment provider to confirm a transaction. We do not sell your personal information.

Your data is stored in our managed cloud database with access controls that limit each record to you and to authorised Rwabe staff. Access to administrative tools is role-based and sensitive actions are recorded in an internal audit log.

Order, payment and delivery records are kept for as long as we are required to keep business records. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.

You can view and update your profile and addresses in your account at any time, and you can ask us to correct or delete your personal data by emailing support@rwabe.co.ke. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
