Terms of Service

Rwabe is a Kenyan commerce platform operating on the principle that every listed product sells for Ksh 200. Rwabe means 200.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be able to receive orders at the delivery address and phone number you provide.

All products are listed at Ksh 200 per unit. Delivery fees are shown at checkout and depend on your delivery zone. An order is a request to buy; it is accepted once payment is confirmed and the order moves to Processing.

If an item is out of stock after you order, we will cancel that line and refund or credit you.

We accept M-Pesa and cash on delivery where available. For M-Pesa, a payment prompt is sent to the phone number on the order. Orders that are not paid may be cancelled and the reserved stock released.

Delivery timelines and fees are set by zone and shown before you pay. Someone must be available to receive the order at the address provided.

You may not use Rwabe for fraudulent orders, resale misrepresentation, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Kenyan consumer law.
